本款咖啡嚴選來自南投國姓鄉咖啡莊園的日曬處理精品豆，栽植於海拔800至1200公尺的丘陵山地之間。得天獨厚的地形與氣候條件，使咖啡果實得以充分成熟，僅採收完熟漿果，並透過長時間日曬與精準的水分管理，發展出層次鮮明的自然發酵風味。
經日曬處理後，咖啡展現出熱帶水果般奔放且飽滿的香氣，帶有鳳梨、百香果等果酸香韻，風味明亮、個性鮮明。
 

This coffee features carefully selected sun-dried specialty beans from a coffee estate in Guoxing Township, Nantou. Grown at elevations between 800 and 1,200 meters in hilly terrain, the beans benefit from the region’s unique topography and climate, which allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly and fully. Only fully ripe cherries are handpicked, then sun-dried over an extended period with precise moisture control, resulting in a distinct, layered profile shaped by natural fermentation.

The sun-drying process brings out a vibrant and full-bodied aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits, with bright notes of pineapple and passion fruit. The resulting cup is lively and expressive, showcasing a bold yet balanced character that captures the essence of Taiwan’s sun-drenched hillsides.
