台灣是茶的島嶼，但說起綠茶，只在新北三峽。來自三峽百年茶行的職人手作，本款「碧螺春」選用春分前後、氣溫尚涼的時節手工採摘，製茶過程僅保留最簡約的「炒菁」工藝，歷史已逾兩百年，最大程度地封存早春的清香與鮮韻。

研磨入餡後，茶韻不只是喝得出，更是吃得見。入口清鮮，綠豆與海苔的香氣輕盈而柔和，轉為近似豆乳的滑順口感，尾韻帶有一絲柔木調性的毫香與淡淡蛋白般的鮮味。整體風味秀氣清透，略帶青澀，是春日山中才有的空氣感。

Crafted by artisans from a century-old tea house, this Sanxia Biluochun is handpicked around the Spring Equinox, when the air is still cool and the tea buds are at their tenderest. Made using only the traditional “pan-firing” technique — a craft with over 200 years of history — it captures the purest essence of early spring: delicate, fragrant, and vivid.

Once finely ground and blended into the filling, the tea’s character transcends the cup — now, you can taste it by the bite. The flavor opens with a light, refreshing note, reminiscent of mung bean kernels and sea sedge. It gradually transits into a silky smooth texture akin to soy milk, finishing with a subtle woodiness, tender downy aroma, and a hint of egg white umami. Elegant and transparent in profile, slightly vegetal, it evokes the crisp mountain air of springtime forests.
