本款喫的金萱烏龍蜜桃,以來自海拔 1000 至 1250 公尺之間的阿里山瑞里茶區金萱烏龍為基底。終年雲霧繚繞、日夜溫差明顯的山間氣候,賦予茶葉豐富的膠質與純淨風味。選用台茶 12 號金萱品種,製成輕發酵球型烏龍,香氣輕盈柔雅,帶有桂花與牛奶糖的甜美氣息,茶韻溫潤中帶有清涼山氣,口感甘醇滑順,是阿里山高山茶獨有「山頭氣」的細緻展現。
與之相襯的,是同樣生長於霧氣山林間的五月桃,來自桃園復興鄉小烏來深處的自然農場。該地位於插天山脈南側,日照充足、海拔適中,氣候涼爽濕潤,極為適合溫帶水果的栽植。春季限定的五月桃熟成時果皮薄透、果肉柔嫩多汁,雖個頭嬌小,卻蘊含濃郁果香與細膩果酸,風味輕盈婉約,與金萱烏龍的清雅茶氣交織融合,優雅動人。

The COTE Fruit Tea Series is crafted on a foundation of premium tea, elevated with one of Taiwan’s most iconic flavor elements—fruit. This unique fusion brings a new depth and richness to the taste experience. Carefully selected ripe fruits are vacuum freeze-dried into a fine powder to preserve their natural sweetness and vibrant aroma. The fruit powder is then slowly stone-ground with whole-leaf tea for 48 hours, allowing the flavors to fully integrate into a base of pure cocoa butter—transforming traditional tea into an edible, flavor-packed delight.
Jhinhsuan Oolong Tea & Peach is crafted with high-mountain Jhinhsuan Oolong tea, sourced from the Rui-Li tea region of Alishan, at elevations between 1,000 and 1,250 meters. Shrouded in mist year-round and marked by significant day-night temperature variations, this pristine terroir nurtures tea leaves rich in natural pectin and clean, elegant flavors. Made from Taiwan Tea No. 12, this lightly oxidized ball-shaped oolong exudes notes of osmanthus and milk candy. Its aroma is delicate yet uplifting, with a smooth and mellow finish. Beneath the sweetness lies a cooling undertone—an expression of the “mountain essence” unique to Alishan’s high-altitude teas.
Paired with this refined oolong is a spring delicacy: May Peach, grown in the misty depths of Xiao Wulai in Fuxing Township, Taoyuan. Nestled within the Chatianshan mountain range, this natural farm benefits from ample sunlight, a cool climate, and thick fog—ideal conditions for temperate fruits. These spring-harvested May Peaches are known for their thin skin, juicy flesh, and refined sweetness. Though smaller than typical peaches, they deliver an elegant balance of gentle fruit acidity and natural sweetness, harmonizing beautifully with Jhinhsuan Oolong’s floral tea notes.
