COTE 水果茶系列以原茶為基礎，融合台灣最具代表性的風味元素──水果，創造層次更豐富、風味更飽滿的全新口感。嚴選熟成度恰到好處的新鮮水果，以真空冷凍乾燥製成細緻果粉，完整保留其鮮甜與天然香氣，並與原葉茶一同研磨 48 小時，將茶與果的風味深層融合，封存於可可脂之中，轉化為一款可「喫」的水果茶。

本款喫的紅韻紅茶草莓 (比賽批次)，選用來自日月潭地區的台茶 21 號──紅韻紅茶為基底，茶葉香氣雅緻細膩，有著柚花蜜香與熟果氣息，風味層次豐富且韻味悠長。為延展紅茶香氣的細緻表現與酸甜韻調的延伸，我們嚴選台灣草莓主要產地──苗栗，所孕育的高品質草莓，作為協奏主角；苗栗因地理氣候條件得天獨厚，出產的草莓香氣濃郁、果肉細緻多汁，故又有「草莓王國」美譽。

入口時，草莓的明亮果香率先躍然舌尖，隨後紅茶的甘潤茶韻悄然鋪展，酸香與蜜香交織回旋，香氣與風味在口腔與鼻腔緩緩綻放，每一次呼吸都彷彿被香甜的果茶氣息溫柔擁抱。草莓的奔放鮮甜果香與紅韻紅茶醇厚沉穩的茶底，讓人留下細膩綿長的島嶼印象。
 

The COTE Fruit Tea Series is crafted on a foundation of premium tea, elevated with one of Taiwan’s most iconic flavor elements—fruit. This unique fusion brings a new depth and richness to the taste experience. Carefully selected ripe fruits are vacuum freeze-dried into a fine powder to preserve their natural sweetness and vibrant aroma. The fruit powder is then slowly stone-ground with whole-leaf tea for 48 hours, allowing the flavors to fully integrate into a base of pure cocoa butter—transforming traditional tea into an edible, flavor-packed delight.

This Honyun Black Tea ＆ Strawberry features Taiwan Tea No. 21—Honyun Black Tea, cultivated in the Sun Moon Lake region, as its base. Renowned for its refined and elegant aroma, this tea carries delicate notes of pomelo blossom honey and ripe fruit, offering a rich, layered flavor profile with a lingering finish. To enhance the tea’s aromatic depth and extend the interplay of sweetness and acidity, we selected premium strawberries from Miaoli—Taiwan’s most celebrated strawberry-producing region. Thanks to its ideal climate and soil, Miaoli is often called the "Strawberry Kingdom" for yielding berries that are intensely fragrant, juicy, and full of flavor.

Upon tasting, the vivid fruit aroma of strawberry bursts forth on the palate, followed by the smooth, mellow tea notes that gently unfold. The tart-sweet fruitiness and honeyed tea fragrance weave together in a delicate harmony, slowly blooming across the mouth and lingering in the nose. With every breath, a soft embrace of sweet, fruity tea lingers in the air.
