本款喫的紅烏龍鳳梨,以來自台東鹿野的紅烏龍為基底,茶體飽滿甘潤、韻味濃厚。結合台灣南部盛產的熱帶鳳梨,果香奔放明亮、酸甜平衡,與紅烏龍的甜香茶氣相互輝映,打造出一款層次分明、結構穩實的果茶風味。入口先是鳳梨鮮果的熱情高香,接續紅烏龍醇厚的茶韻緩緩鋪陳,酸甜與茶香交織出熱帶風土的飽滿印象。兩者相得益彰,展現出強勁卻不失優雅的風味張力,為味蕾帶來深刻而鮮明的記憶。
The COTE Fruit Tea Series is crafted on a foundation of premium tea, elevated with one of Taiwan’s most iconic flavor elements—fruit. This unique fusion brings a new depth and richness to the taste experience. Carefully selected ripe fruits are vacuum freeze-dried into a fine powder to preserve their natural sweetness and vibrant aroma. The fruit powder is then slowly stone-ground with whole-leaf tea for 48 hours, allowing the flavors to fully integrate into a base of pure cocoa butter—transforming traditional tea into an edible, flavor-packed delight.
This Red Oolong Tea & Pineapple features a rich and mellow red oolong tea sourced from Luye, Taitung. Known for its full-bodied sweetness and lingering finish, the tea serves as a robust base. It is harmoniously blended with ripe tropical pineapples from southern Taiwan, whose bright, bold aroma and balanced acidity complement the tea’s natural sweetness, creating a fruit tea with structured depth and layered complexity.
The first notes are the vibrant, aromatic burst of fresh pineapple, followed by the gradual unveiling of red oolong’s smooth and rounded tea body. The interplay of tart fruitiness and warm tea tones captures the lush character of Taiwan’s terroir.
