COTE 花茶系列以原茶為基礎，融合台灣最具代表性的風味元素──花香，創造層次更豐富、風味更芬芳的全新口感。嚴選台灣在地物產，完整保留其天然香氣，並與原葉茶一同研磨 48 小時，將茶與花的風味深層融合，封存於可可脂之中，轉化為一款可「喫」的花茶。

喫的梔子花烏龍為COTE與友好品牌「山生有幸」攜手合作的聯名款，精選嘉義上林社區自然盛開的黃梔花——又名黃枝花、枝仔花。花瓣潔白細緻，香氣清雅甜潤，帶有純粹而撫慰人心的氣息。為忠實呈現台灣花茶文化的精髓，特別採用傳統香片窨製工藝，選以清香型烏龍作為基底，歷經日夜反覆薰製，緩慢引香，使茶葉緩緩吸納花之靈韻。

當茶香與梔子花的天然香氣交融飽滿，便由人工一一挑選茶中花瓣，細心去除苦澀與雜質，只留下純粹乾淨的香氣與柔美質地。入口芳香四溢，有如野薑花、百花般奔放，又隱約透出荔枝與熱帶果實的甜潤氣息，層次分明、風味獨特，是一款由自然花朵與台灣茶文化交織而成的風情，共構出的純淨、優雅、富有在地情感的「喫的花茶」。
 

Crafted upon a foundation of pure tea leaves, the COTE Floral Tea series infuses Taiwan’s most iconic aromatic element—floral fragrance—into each creation, offering a deeper, more layered tasting experience. By selecting premium local botanicals and preserving their natural essence, we slowly grind them together with whole-leaf teas for 48 hours, allowing the flavors of tea and flower to fully integrate. This fusion is then sealed within cocoa butter, transforming traditional floral tea into a delicately edible form.

Edible Gardenia Oolong Tea is a collaborative creation between COTE and our partner brand Mountain Luck. It features carefully selected yellow gardenia blossoms—also known as huang zhi hua or zhi zi hua—naturally grown in the upland community of Shanglin, Chiayi. With pristine white petals and a soft, sweet fragrance, the flowers exude a pure and calming aroma that gently lingers in the senses.To faithfully capture the essence of Taiwan’s traditional flower tea culture, we employ the time-honored scenting method used in making classic jasmine teas. Fragrant oolong serves as the base, layered with fresh gardenia blooms and scented repeatedly over day and night, allowing the tea leaves to slowly absorb the delicate soul of the flower.

Once the tea is fully imbued with floral aroma, the petals are hand-removed with care to reduce bitterness and preserve a clean, refined profile. The resulting infusion is richly aromatic, reminiscent of wild ginger flowers and blooming meadows, with subtle notes of lychee and tropical fruit woven throughout.
