本款喫的奇種烏龍&芭樂，選用來自大稻埕百年茶行「有記名茶」傳承製作的奇種烏龍。以繁複講究的炭焙技藝，細緻掌控焙火強弱，與茶葉緩緩共鳴，使茶湯展現綿長細緻的甘潤香氣與多層次的自然風味，餘韻深遠綿延，最終至焙火與茶香平衡交融的理想境界。

搭配的水果為產自高雄燕巢的西瓜芭樂，擁有獨特的青果清香與柔和果酸，帶有百香果般的奔放氣息，卻更顯婉約沉靜。果香清新細膩、韻味悠長，與奇種烏龍的沉穩茶性相得益彰。入口時，芭樂的輕甜果香悄然引領，烏龍茶的甘醇餘韻隨後鋪展，酸與甘、茶與果交錯融合，構築出一款清雅而有深度的風味作品。

The COTE Fruit Tea Series is crafted on a foundation of premium tea, elevated with one of Taiwan’s most iconic flavor elements—fruit. This unique fusion brings a new depth and richness to the taste experience. Carefully selected ripe fruits are vacuum freeze-dried into a fine powder to preserve their natural sweetness and vibrant aroma. The fruit powder is then slowly stone-ground with whole-leaf tea for 48 hours, allowing the flavors to fully integrate into a base of pure cocoa butter—transforming traditional tea into an edible, flavor-packed delight.

This fruit tea chocolate features Chi Chong Oolong Tea—a tea crafted using traditional charcoal-roasting techniques handed down by the century-old “WANGTEA House” in Dadaocheng, Taipei. The roasting process is both intricate and precise, allowing the heat to resonate gently with the leaves over time. The result is a tea liquor with a long-lasting, delicate sweetness and layered natural complexity, ultimately reaching a harmonious balance between roasted aroma and tea fragrance.

Paired with it is Watermelon Guava grown in Yanchao, Kaohsiung, known for its crisp green fragrance and gentle acidity. Evoking the vibrant tang of passionfruit yet more reserved and elegant, this guava adds a refreshing and nuanced lift. Its delicate sweetness and lingering finish perfectly complement the oolong’s deep, mellow character. Upon tasting, the bright fruit notes softly unfold first, followed by the round, rich tea body, weaving together a graceful interplay of sweet, tart, and aromatic layers.
