為了構築更具層次的味覺座標，我們特別選用台灣在地的職人梅粉，透過繁複工序將果實轉化為質地細緻的天然梅粉，完美定格了那抹活潑的酸韻與甘醇鹹香，讓整體的酸、甜、鹹在舌尖達到一種優雅的平衡。

The COTE ChaChoco Fruit Tea Bar series is crafted on a foundation of premium tea, elevated with one of Taiwan’s most iconic flavor elements—fruit. This unique fusion brings a new depth and richness to the taste experience. Carefully selected ripe fruits are vacuum freeze-dried into a fine powder to preserve their natural sweetness and vibrant aroma. The fruit powder is then slowly stone-ground with whole-leaf tea for 48 hours, allowing the flavors to fully integrate into a base of pure cocoa butter—transforming traditional tea into an edible, flavor-packed delight.

A favorite among connoisseurs, this bar is a bold expression of character and terroir. We have precisely captured the evocative herbal notes of perilla, blending its essential-oil richness with a crisp freshness. A subtle, misty hint of mint weaves through the sweetness, reminiscent of a stroll through a tea garden after a morning rain.

To add depth to the flavor profile, we use artisanal Taiwanese plum powder, crafted through a meticulous process to preserve its vibrant acidity and savory-sweet (umami) undertones. This creates an elegant balance where tartness, sweetness, and saltiness meet in perfect alignment.

As a cornerstone of our "Edible Floral & Fruit Tea" series, we intentionally preserve the spirited, slight astringency of the Biluochun tea leaves.
