COTE 水果茶巧克系列以原茶為基礎，融合台灣最具代表性的風味元素──水果，創造層次更豐富、風味更飽滿的全新口感。嚴選熟成度恰到好處的新鮮水果，以真空冷凍乾燥製成細緻果粉，完整保留其鮮甜與天然香氣，並與原葉茶一同研磨 48 小時，將茶與果的風味深層融合，封存於可可脂之中，轉化為一款可「喫」的水果茶。

選用來自百香果故鄉——南投埔里的優質果實，其濃郁熟果的酸甜與馥郁香氣，被封存於每一粒低溫乾燥粉末中；與之共舞的，是來自魚池鄉莊記茶業，由名茶師莊鎔璞操刀的「紅玉紅茶」，透過高效奈米級低溫研磨技術，將茶葉轉化為質地極細的茶粉。這份創作的核心魅力在於我們對屏東產天然可可脂、與台灣物產比例的極致調校，讓紅玉紅茶深沉且內斂的香料般甜韻茶感，完美承接百香果那如同熱帶陽光般明亮奔放的酸香。

The COTE ChaChoco Fruit Tea Bar series is crafted on a foundation of premium tea, elevated with one of Taiwan’s most iconic flavor elements—fruit. This unique fusion brings a new depth and richness to the taste experience. Carefully selected ripe fruits are vacuum freeze-dried into a fine powder to preserve their natural sweetness and vibrant aroma. The fruit powder is then slowly stone-ground with whole-leaf tea for 48 hours, allowing the flavors to fully integrate into a base of pure cocoa butter—transforming traditional tea into an edible, flavor-packed delight.

Crafted with premium passion fruit from Puli—the fruit's ancestral home in Taiwan—and Ruby Black Tea from Yuchi, masterfully produced by tea expert Zhuang Rong-Pu. Using advanced low-temperature nano-grinding technology, we transform these whole ingredients into a delicate powder, preserving their most vibrant essences.

The soul of this bar lies in the precise balance of Pingtung-grown natural cocoa butter and local botanicals. The deep, spicy-sweet undertones of the Ruby Black Tea provide a sophisticated foundation for the bright, sun-drenched acidity of the passion fruit.
